Body Matter

 In September, I introduced Sarah, a truly gifted yoga instructor who also weaves in the Feldenkrais Method®. She’s not just teaching yoga poses; she’s helping people really listen to their bodies and move in ways that heal instead of hurt.

I’ll be honest… I used to think yoga was all about pushing harder, holding the next pose, and burning calories. But with Sarah, I’ve learned how small corrections in my movements can prevent injury and how to practice yoga in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. I’ve even seen her tailor poses for folks with disabilities so that everyone benefits.
